I am Joe Hammoude, founder of AJZ Legacy. My background is hands-on and trade-led. I did not learn this business from behind a desk. I learned it on site, working through the details that decide whether a project is finished properly.
That experience was built in Australia, through AJZ Projects Pty Ltd and VVS Waterproofing Specialists. Across that network we have delivered retail fit-outs such as Honey Birdette stores, multiple Crown Nails & Beauty salons, hospitality work including Akira Sushi, years of building duplexes and homes, and 18 years of specialist waterproofing.
AJZ Legacy is the next step. With AJZ Legacy FZ-LLC in the UAE and AJZ Legacy Limited in Hong Kong, I am building an international network that connects people, capability and supply across markets, with the same standard I have always held myself to.
My promise is simple: clear communication, honest advice about what we can and cannot do in your market, and work we are proud to put our name to.

Our foundation is real trade experience. Through our Australian business network, AJZ Projects Pty Ltd and VVS Waterproofing Specialists, we have worked on retail and hospitality fit-outs, residential building and 18 years of specialist waterproofing. That experience now shapes how AJZ Legacy approaches every enquiry in the UAE and Hong Kong.
